TWILA, FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Twila has an impressive 35+ years of experience in the dental world overall! She studied at Howard Payne University and the University of North Texas, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education. She is also a Registered Dental Assistant. Today, she feels proud to work alongside such talented team members and awesome patients. Away from work, she and her husband have a grown son, two grandsons, and two happy Havanese fur babies. Her personal hobbies include gardening, reading/watching a good mystery, and sitting on a covered patio anywhere for lunch, fun conversations, and laughter with friends.
ANNIE, FRONT DESK
Ann (or, as we call her, Annie) has been working in the dental field for 15+ years. Although she is from New York City, she completed her studies in Texas at Our Lady of the Lake University and Texas Woman’s University. She joined our team in 2021 and has since enjoyed working with our staff and patients. Away from the office, she loves spending every moment she can with her four children, 12 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. She likes being part of her church and ministry, traveling, playing cards, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
JUDY, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Judy has an impressive 40+ years in the field of dentistry under her belt! Judy is nitrous and pit and fissure sealant certified. She has previously worked with myofunctional therapy and biofeedback therapy. She is originally from Palatine, Illinois, and she completed her studies at Southern Illinois University. All these years later, her favorite aspect of her job continues to be meeting new people and the friendships that follow. Outside the office, you will most likely find her soaking up every moment she can with her husband, son, daughter-in-law, and precious grandchildren.
DEBRA, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Debra has been an important part of our team since 2021. Earned an Associate of Dental Hygiene Degree from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls in 1978. Went on to complete a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences Degree in 1980. The best part of her job is getting to know patients on a personal level plus helping them with their dental needs and concerns. Likes to travel with her husband, Vince, and been on many great adventures! Her daughter, who has lived in Germany since 2022, works in computer gaming! Some of her favorite ways to spend her free time are singing in the choir at her church, taking photos, reading plus seeing her grandkids and great grandkids!
MELANIE, REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Born in Wylie, TX, Melanie has been working in the dental field for over two decades. After graduating from Wylie High School, she went on to attend Texas A&M College of Dentistry to earn her certification. Other than helping people achieve beautiful and healthy smiles, she finds building bonds and friendships with patients to be incredibly fulfilling. At home, she enjoys crafting with her daughter, playing basketball with her son, taking long walks, and drinking lots of coffee. An interesting fact about her: she has over a 3-year streak on the Peloton bike!
SUZIE,
FRONT OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIST
Suzie is from Dallas and received her Bachelor of Arts from UT Dallas. She handles day to day front office operations, guiding patients through their visits from scheduling to checking out. She particularly enjoys interacting with patients and coworkers. Her patient approach is open, inviting, and welcoming, and she hopes to help patients feel relaxed and happy to be at our practice. Her hobbies include traveling, playing tennis, and hiking. She and her twin daughters love their French bulldog. While she was born in Dallas, Suzie is also an Italian citizen, working on her Italian language skills whenever possible. She hopes to split her time between here and Italy when she retires.
LORI, HYGIENIST
Lori was born in Elizabeth, NJ and grew up in Houston, TX, so she brings both East Coast perspective and Texas warmth to our practice. She earned an associate degree from Wharton College and is CPR, nitrous oxide, OSHA, Pit & Fissure, and HIPAA certified. Her hobbies include cooking, arts & crafts, floral design, and traveling. She married her high school sweetheart, Greg, and together they have three grown children, five grandchildren, two dogs, and three grand-dogs. She enjoys working with the rest of our team and educating patients about oral health. Her special passion is caring for patients with special needs and helping anxious patients feel comfortable and safe.
KAREN, OFFICE MANAGER
Karen is a lifelong Texan who’s experienced every diverse landscape the Lone Star State has to offer — so she knows this is the best area. She studied dental assisting, court reporting, and legal & medical terminology at Texas State Technical College. She is HIPAA, OSHA, and CPR certified. Karen is passionate about creating an organized and welcoming work environment, managing daily operations, and supporting our leadership team. She thrives on problem solving. She’s approaching 30 years of dentistry, helping ease people’s anxiety about their dental treatment. Outside the office, she loves puzzles, gardening, hiking, and biking the trails throughout Plano. She is happily married and enjoys going on adventures with her husband and their two giant doodles. She’s also very artistic, happy to tackle a creative project rather than buy something pre-made.
ELIZABETH, DENTAL ASSISTANT
Elizabeth grew up in Marshfield, Wisconsin as one of 9 siblings. She attended the Dental Replacement Training Academy and is a certified dental assistant. She is a member and board secretary of the Texas Dental Assisting Association and a member of the American Dental Assisting Association. She is also nitrous oxide and CPR certified. She has 22 years of experience as a dental assistant. Her role is to help the dentists with procedures, sterilization, and OSHA. She particularly enjoys meeting new patients and taking care of their dental needs. She loves helping create beautiful and healthy smiles. At home, her hobbies include reading, puzzles, and painting ceramics. She and her husband, Andy, have two grown sons, Jonathon and Nicholas. Jonathon and his wife, Erin, have a son, Owen, and Nicholas will be getting married to his fiancée Maryann in October 2026.
CECE, DENTAL ASSISTANT
CeCe was born in Dallas and grew up in Garland. She studied expanded dental assisting at the Dental Replacements Training Academy and bite splints at the Pankey Institute. Her certifications include RDA, CPR, nitrous oxide, OSHA, and HIPAA. She supports the dentists during procedures and helps ensure patient comfort. She enjoys working with a supportive team and helping to create a positive environment where patients feel cared for. She’s interested in becoming a hygienist and loves lab work — especially making bite splints and temporary crowns. Her patient approach is calm, compassionate and relatable to help them feel at ease and understood. Her hobbies include everything to do with art, music, and nature — loving psychology, astrology, and fashion. She and her wonderful husband, John, have a beautiful son named Jayden.
MANSHAA, STERILE TECH
Manshaa is from Pakistan. She is CPR certified and has earned associates degrees in science and has completed her RDA course. She makes sure the clinic runs safely and efficiently by sterilizing, decontaminating, and restocking the supplies and instruments. She enjoys observing the dentists’ treatments and learning new clinical skills from each procedure. Her hobbies include painting canvases, playing pickleball, and baking. She brings a warm, friendly demeanor to our practice, helping us create a positive and relaxed experience for every patient.
